Daniel L. Puskar, Esq. – Mr. Puskar joined Sebring & Associates in 2016. He practices in the areas of real estate transactions, business litigation, and estate planning. Originally from Pittsburgh, he attended Mt. Lebanon High School in the South Hills and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science Minor. His senior thesis on the Truman Doctrine received the Phi Alpha Theta Essay Award for excellence. History, especially civil war history, continues to be an enthusiasm and he enjoys annual trips to the Gettysburg battlefield. He also enjoys skiing and Pittsburgh Sports.
Mr. Puskar graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2011 and practiced with a firm in Central Pennsylvania for a number of years where he was the recipient of the 2013 Cumberland County Pro Bono Award. He was also a volunteer attorney at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center in York, Pennsylvania. Mr. Puskar was admitted as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in October 2011. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association Real Property Section and Young Lawyers’ Division.
