Matthew J. McClelland, Esq.Matthew J. McClelland, Esq. – Matt joined Sebring & Associates in 2020 and advises clients on real estate transactions, land development and financing, land use and zoning, condominiums and planned communities, corporate law, commercial transactions, estates and trusts, litigation, and oil and gas matters.

Matt graduated in 2010 from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a minor in International Business. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2014 from Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, Matt served as the managing business editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal and managed the law school’s Unemployment Compensation Clinic. He was awarded the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award for his dedication and contributions to the clinic.

After graduating law school, Matt was an associate at a mid-sized law firm where he worked on title and curative measures, as well as representing creditors in state and federal court. Prior to joining Sebring & Associates, Matt was an associate at a regional law firm in downtown Pittsburgh where he advised clients on energy, real estate, and transactional matters.

Matt is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations.

Our physical office is open for our employees, however, we are closed to the general public.  We are conducting business in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Governor’s and the Secretary of Health’s orders which include certain safeguards for our clients and our employees. Those safeguards include social distancing, regular sanitizing of high-touch areas, frequent hand-washing and a policy that anyone entering our business must wear a mask (if you need a mask, one can be provided for you).
