Matthew L. Prather, Esq. – Mr. Prather joined Sebring & Associates in 2006 and concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, land use and zoning, condominiums and planned communities, land development and financing, employment law, contract law, corporate law, civil litigation and construction law. Mr. Prather received his B.A. Psychology in 1998 from Gannon University. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Westmoreland County Bar Association. Mr. Prather has served as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute instructing other attorneys regarding Pennsylvania real estate law. Mr. Prather has experience in a variety of legal settings including legal clerk for the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma; general practice / business litigation at McCalister & Associates, Attorneys at Law; and litigation support for Reed Smith, LLP.
