Matt earned his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law in 2024, where he co-authored a paper on training AI tools to analyze contracts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California University of Pennsylvania in 2017. He began practicing law at Sebring & Associates in 2025 to provide legal services to clients in real estate transactions. Prior to his studies and pursuit of a legal career, Matt served five years in the United States Marine Corps where he worked in intelligence. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Westmoreland Bar Association.
