Attorney
Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing practice in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to work on a sophisticated mix of real estate matters, land development, commercial contracts, and litigation in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of matters involving commercial real estate transactions, land development, contract drafting and negotiation, and related litigation.
Advise clients on acquisitions, sales, leasing, development projects, due diligence, and risk management.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development documents, commercial contracts, and related legal instruments.
Represent clients in disputes, including contract and real estate-related litigation, and support case strategy through all phases of a matter.
Work directly with clients, municipal bodies, opposing counsel, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant legal experience in real estate, land development, commercial contracts, litigation, or a related practice area.
Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania, or the ability to become admitted promptly, is preferred.
